Choose from delicious moist fruit cake which is seeped in brandy or maybe madeira, or chocolate or there again have a mixture of all three…. Once again the choice is yours. Our delicious rich chocolate cakes have a rich chocolate filling and can be used in place of a dessert. But keep in mind that you could also have a chocolate cake with a traditional sugar paste finish.

I also specialise in sugar flowers, each one hand made and coloured to match the brides bouquet. However if you prefer silk flowers then there is also a wide variety available.
